1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed in the Konvolut online shop (konvolut — Rick Tichy, Martinstrasse 28, 3600 Thun, Switzerland).
2. Products & prices
All products are official, factory-sealed Pokémon TCG items. Product photos show the actual item type; minor print-run variations of the packaging may occur. All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and final. Konvolut is not VAT-registered; no VAT is charged.
3. Ordering & contract
An order placed in the shop constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email. We may decline orders in case of stock errors, pricing errors or suspected abuse; any payments already made will be fully refunded.
4. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit cards and TWINT. For pickup orders, payment on collection (cash or card) is also possible.
5. Shipping & risk
Shipping costs and delivery details are described on the Shipping & Returns page. Risk passes to the buyer upon handover to Swiss Post, or upon collection for pickup orders.
6. Returns
Unopened products with intact factory seal may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products with broken or damaged seals are excluded. Details on the Shipping & Returns page.
7. Warranty & liability
Sealed products are sold as-is in their original packaging. The content of sealed packs is determined by the manufacturer and is part of the nature of the product — no guarantee is given regarding specific cards contained. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
8. Applicable law
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Thun, Switzerland.
