We ship with Swiss Post to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

- Parcel (up to 2 kg) — CHF 9.00 · tracked
- Free shipping — on all orders over CHF 75
- International — available for orders over CHF 1’000, shipped insured and free of charge
Sealed products are packed protectively: rigid mailers for envelopes, padded boxes with corner protection for parcels and displays.
Free pickup
Prefer to skip shipping? Choose free pickup at checkout and collect your order in 3510 Häutligen, 3600 Thun or 01217 Dresden (Germany). Pickup is by appointment — we contact you as soon as your order is ready. Payment on pickup is possible in cash or by card.
Returns
Unopened products in their original, undamaged factory seal can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the buyer’s cost; the refund is issued to the original payment method once the product has been checked.
Due to their collectible nature, products with broken, damaged or tampered seals are excluded from return.

Photograph the parcel and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery — we will find a solution.
