Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, debit cards and TWINT. If you collect your order at a pickup point, you can also pay on the spot in cash or by card.
Are your products really sealed and authentic?
Yes — we sell exclusively official, factory-sealed Pokémon TCG products. Nothing is ever opened, repacked or reweighed. Sealed means sealed.
Do prices include VAT?
Konvolut is a small Swiss business and prices are final — what you see is what you pay, with no VAT added at checkout.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Within Switzerland & Liechtenstein: CHF 3.00 for letterbox-friendly envelopes (up to 5 cm — single packs and blisters) and CHF 9.00 for parcels up to 2 kg. Orders over CHF 75 always ship free.
How fast do you ship?
Orders are usually packed and handed to Swiss Post within 1–2 working days. You will receive a confirmation as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you ship outside Switzerland?
International delivery is reserved for orders over CHF 1’000 — shipped insured and free of charge. For everything else, delivery is limited to Switzerland & Liechtenstein, but free pickup in Dresden (Germany) is always available.
Pickup
Where can I pick up my order?
Free pickup is available in 3510 Häutligen, 3600 Thun and 01217 Dresden (Germany). Select your preferred location at checkout.
When can I collect my order?
Pickup is by appointment: as soon as your order is ready, we contact you to arrange a time that suits you.
Returns
Can I return a product?
Unopened products in their original, undamaged seal can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Because of their collectible nature, products with broken or damaged seals cannot be taken back. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
My order arrived damaged — what now?
Take photos of the packaging and product right away and contact us within 48 hours. We will sort it out — that is a promise.
